PowerBar Performance Product Information 

Low fat. PowerBar contains less than 2.5 grams of fat, which is naturally present in ingredients such as grains, cocoa, peanut and other nut butters. With less than 10% of calories from fat, PowerBar is an excellent low fat energy source for athletes and active people on-the-go.

Complex carbohydrates. PowerBar contains maltodextrin (a complex carbohydrate from corn), brown rice, and oat bran. About 65 percent of PowerBar's 45 grams of carbohydrates are complex carbohydrates.

Simple carbohydrates. Fructose, which comes from corn, grapes, and pears, is the main source of quick energy in PowerBar. About 35 percent of PowerBar's 45 grams of carbohydrates are simple carbohydrates.
