Breast Enlargement

A lot of women often catch themselves thinking ‘I wish I had bigger breasts.’ Society views a fuller bosom as a symbol of femininity, so much so that women very often judge their beauty quotient by the size of their breasts. There is no dearth of people, who suffer from a complex or feel inadequate just because they feel they are not the right size. Though we often quote the rhetoric that size doesn’t really matter, if you could add a few millimeters to your assets, it will help boost your self -confidence like none other. The good news is that it is definitely achievable!

Here is a list of some popular breast enlargement options that you might consider:

  • Surgical Breast Implant, aka the ‘boob job’

This is one of the most well publicized options, thanks to the glamorous celebrities all over the world flaunting it. These procedures allow you to choose the actual size you want. However, breast implant surgery can be a bit of a hassle and it is an expensive option with the possibility of side effects, like leakage, unevenness, loss of sensation, etc. Therefore, if you do decide to go for breast implants, make sure you find a highly recommended surgeon.

  • Hormonal breast augmentation medicines

These generally contain phyto-estrogens and progesterone that may increase hormone production, which in turn may help enhance breast size. These are best taken under the supervision of a certified medical practitioner, as they can cause some serious, permanent hormonal imbalance.

  • Vacuum Breast Enlarging Gadget

This may sound like a less invasive process but it is not completely free of side effects. There have been reports of bruising, pain, welts, rashes, blisters, and even lactating.

  • Ayurveda herbs (available in forms of lotions, oils, creams, serums, gum, and capsules)

Some of the common herbs found in these remedies are saw palmetto, dandelion root, fennel seeds, dong quai, blessed thistle, damiana, and Mexican wild yam. Most of these supplements may be required in combination and are well tolerated. It is however important to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
