How can I confirm if my order has been shipped?

When you choose to buy an item from VitaDigest.com, you get an option to provide your email address along with the billing and shipping information, at the checkout page. Though it is an optional feature, we encourage you to enter the email id, such that you get an auto generated email confirmation once you have completed our order. This mailer contains the URL to your order status page. Once your order is processed and shipped from our end, you get another email with the FedEx/USPS tracking number of your consignment. You can keep a printout of this confirmation for your reference. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at orderstatus@vitadigest.com or call at 1-626-965-8308 or 1-877-VITA168 (1-877-848-2168). Please quote your order reference number for all correspondence.

Can I keep a track of my order?

First thing you can do to keep a track of your order is to provide your email address at the time of checkout. This way, you get your order confirmation and shipping information, including the tracking number, right into your mailbox. For online enquiry, use ‘Track Your Order’ link in available at the bottom of each page. Using the FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Services) tracking number, you can trace your package. In case, you are not able to track the order at your end, mail us at orderstatus@vitadigest.com or call at 1-626-965-8308 (customer support) or 1-877-VITA168 (1-877-848-2168) (toll free). Usually, we will reply to your mail within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.

Where is my order?

If your shipment never arrived, please double check the tracking information by clicking here. Also recheck the tracking number as mentioned in your confirmation email. You may also contact our customer care department for help. Please keep your order number handy while calling or mailing us.

Can I cancel an item or the entire order?

Yes and no. You can cancel an order for genuine reasons by contacting our customer service. This applies to the stage before shipping the order. Once the order is shipped, costs are incurred at our end. Therefore, in case of any cancellation after the order dispatch, we have to treat it as a return. In this case, we charge the entire shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15% from the customer. We request you to be double sure while making a purchase to save hassles at both the ends.
