FAQs - Shipping and Returns (Part II)

Can I get my order shipped to some APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, VitaDigest.com does ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) destinations as well. We treat these as special cases and use US Postal Service Priority Mail. You will be required to pay the actual shipping cost.

While placing your order, you must select USPS for APO, PO Box, HI, AK, PR Address, as the shipping option at the checkout interface. Now click ‘Apply’ button. At the review stage, our shopping cart will automatically recalculate the actual cost for shipping your items to your chosen destination. However, tracking numbers are not available for orders shipped via USPS.

The proper format for an APO/FPO address looks something like the following:

Name

Address Line 1

Address Line 2 (if needed)

FPO AE 99999

APO or FPO will take the place of the city you are actually stationed at, so only enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city section.

How can I return a product?

The first step is to submit the RETURN MERCHANDISE REQUEST (RMA). You will receive an automatically generated email from our end to confirm the submission. The mailer also contains the RMA Number for reference and our Return Shipping Address, where you need to ship back your package or product. Please mention the RMA Number on the top of the package. The RMA reference number helps us to track the packages received vis-à-vis the online RMA submitted. Accordingly, as per our company policy, our warehouse is not entitled to receive any shipment without the RMA Number.

How long will it take to receive my money back if I return the shipment?

As soon as we receive your package, we will authorize a chargeback to your credit card that was used to make the payment. The amount will usually reflect in your account within the next 24-48 hours. Either you can wait for your next credit card statement to verify the return or call your bank’s customer service right away.
