Do I have to make advance payment for my order?

VitaDigest.com believes in fair trade practices and therefore, your payment is synchronized with the dispatch of your package. Though we take your credit card information at checkout, your card is charged when your order is actually on its way.

Is it true that credit card transactions entail some fee?

Yes, credit cards transactions carry some processing fee. However, you do not have to worry about that as VitaDigest.com bears the entire fee. We will never bill you for the service fees.

What is the billing address for my credit card?

Each credit card account is registered with the address of the cardholder. You receive your bills and all the bank correspondence at this address. Please note that the shipping address (where you want your order to be delivered) can be different from your card billing address.

Why do I need to give you the phone number of the issuing bank of my credit card?

We believe in providing you the best and most hassle-free services. There can be times, when the payment transaction with your bank is not settled. In such cases, instead of canceling your order, we take the initiative of contacting your bank and verify all the information you provided with that on the file. This ensures smooth and timely order processing. This protects our interest also. We conduct credit verification for large orders. Please provide us the customer service numbers of your bank.

What if I am not satisfied or clear on the charges against my card?

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Our warehouse is located in California and we are subject to intra-state sales tax. Therefore, sales tax is charged for orders shipped to California only. How can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?

We highly recommend that you provide your email at the time of checkout. As soon as you complete the checkout process, you will receive an automatically-generated email with a copy of your invoice. We mail official invoice after dispatching the order.
