When do you ship the orders?
After your checkout process is complete, work begins at our end. As soon as we verify your credit card and billing information, the order is shipped. Therefore, orders placed after the cut-off time of 12:00pm PST on Friday or the day before a holiday shall be processed on the next working day. Accordingly, no orders are shipped on off days.
